As Colorado Pub Company's first restaurant, Darcy's paved the way for a new concept in metro Denver dining. It was the first combine the ambience of an Irish Pub-Complete with a bar that harkens back Ireland-With the gourmet food of an upscale bistro.Darcy's Successfully Combines traditional Irish fare, Such as corned beef and cabbage, with great steaks and fresh seafood, delicious tapas (Spanish small plates), Salads and sandwiches. The décor is lush with leather booths, hand-painted tiles and an expansive mahogany bar, but the feeling is of comfort. A warm library offers quiet dining with the open pub and seating areas are light and playful, particularly the open air patio.
